I am writing tonight with deep gratitude for you and Chris, and I ask that you please share this note with Chris and the owner(s) of your company.
I start by thanking you, Kristin, for your time on the phone last week. You are clearly very knowledgable about the PestPro services offered and explain them very well. Also, your genuine caring, understanding and desire to help was so obvious during our conversation. You answered questions patiently and offered more information and helpful tips. You reassured me that others have been through this too, and that your company has been able to help. You gave me some hope and I started feeling a little better after talking with you and scheduling the inspection with Chris. You clearly ARE using your psychology degree to help others!!! 😉 Thank you.
Next, I want to thank Chris for all the time he took with us today while inspecting our home. He was professional, friendly, and really informative. Although we had done quite a lot of research over the past several weeks, I learned tons more from Chris today. His inspection was thorough and his patience to listen to our experiences and answer our unending questions was so appreciated. He took so much time and care to assess our situation and explain our options. For the first time in over two months, I started to feel confident that we could actually beat these bed bugs and get back to a normal life again!
As of this evening, we are going to see what happens over the next few days and continue to closely monitor our situation. Only now, we can do so with more confidence and in a better educated way. I am more relaxed writing this to you tonight than I have been in weeks, and we are clear that we have you and Chris to thank for that.
